The 2010 Vending Application will be available shortly! BurlyCon attendees come to the Vending Room to shop, socialize and network!
Vending at BurlyCon is an excellent way to get some real face time with your customers. Because Burlycon is about networking and education (not performance), this face time increases exponentially. The Vending room is located in one of the busiest areas of the convention; right between two classrooms so there will be lots of foot traffic.
BOOTH SIZES:
Full = 8’x8’ $200
Half = 4’x4’ $100.
All spaces include tables (two sizes are available; 6’x2.5’ and 4’x2.5’) and chairs. Special lighting, displays, mirrors etc… need to be provided by the vendors. Burlycon will have a limited number of power strips. Parking is free and onsite at the hotel to all vendors and will be available on a first come, first serve basis all weekend (for a guaranteed space we highly recommend staying at the hotel). Load in is on the street level and backs up directly into the floor of the hotel the vending space is located.

Sun Oct 25 11:00am-3:00pm
For non-profit and community service organizations, Burlycon provides a unique opportunity to get the word out to a progressive, active community. Attendees are projected to be performers and enthusiasts from across the country. Discounted table space is available for information only/non profit organizations. Payment for vending/information booths is due on or before deadline.(see vending application for fees)
Payment can be money order, Personal or business check, cashiers check or credit card via Paypal.
Payment (or e-mail address for Credit card payments) must be included with registration form.
Returned checks will incur a fee of $20
